I felt drowning in an endless sea of words, as they were first making my diagnosis. Secondary pulmonary hypertension of 4th group. I was freaking out. And I still remember it very clearly, when another doctor said "think of it as a cancer, but it's both in your lungs, and your heart". It is rare, it's deadly, it doesn't (yet) have a cure. ❤️ BUT I live my days knowing that each and every one is so precious. Something to think about before black friday...where you spend your 💰 money & what you support financially 💸is one of the strongest ways to have an impact on the 🌎 world- including and especially NOT buying unnecessary STUFF. 😕 🏡when we were getting ready to move into the #tinyhouse we gave away a TON of stuff over an 8 month period & i realize now none of it was really necessary. When you have space you will tend to FILL it. Living in under 200 square feet 🏡👍for over a year and a half has made me completely rethink shopping and what i choose to bring into my living space. Throwback to my holiday in #Guam with the #usnavy . I've been to Guam more times than I can count because the #Navy would always pick up supplies during a cruise. With the current political situation going on in the area, I do hope that #Washington and the #DPRK get a grip. I joined the Navy to protect our allies, territories and #America itself from enemies abroad and domestically. Any 🇺🇸territory that is attacked, will result in a punishing response by America. In this scenario though, we definitely don't need the 🌏 going #nuclear. No One will be the victor in a nuclear catastrophe. We have a guy as our President who is a #twitter addict and a dictator in #NK who are both acting like over privileged children. This will end in a catastrophe if it keeps going in the direction to #war. Do, I want #kimjungun and the leaders of the DPRK out of office, hell yes I do. But, not at the expense of millions of lives across the world.
