Hey everyone, so I know I’ve been very absent on here. I got distracted in the grind of working, coming home and playing video games, eat, sleep, repeat. I had a huge block for months it felt like. But I’m slowly getting back on my feet and writing again. I’m trying to write Down the Rabbit Hole, I’m on a second version, the first one being the teaser didn’t stick. Like always, I flip the script and change my mind and write something else.
But with all of this being said, there’s going to be a lax in content, I don’t have anything, and I mean anything written. I’ve been very, very busy being an adult and doing adult things. Whoever signed me up for this subscription, I’m going to find them and throat punch them. (jk) But on top of that, I had some of thee most shittiest lucks I’ve ever had. Sept. 27th I had a dentist appt. for fillings, that went well. Except I had tooth pain the next day on my front tooth. Thought it might be referred pain, so I took Midol (It has Tylenol in it, a pain reliever) and didn’t think anything of it. Well. Friday night, I’m in pain. Saturday I’m swollen, called my dentists emergency line, got a set of antibiotics I’ll just say set 1 for this. Set 1′s dosage was 2 pills for the first dose and one every day after that until it’s all gone. Well, with a toothache I didn’t want to chew on anything so I bought creamy tomato soup to sip on. Unfortunately, after a couple of hours after the first dose I was getting nauseous. Didn’t think anything of it. Drank down the other soup, took my iron because I have an iron deficiency. Two hours later I’m puking. Chopped it up to the iron being rough on my stomach. Sunday, I am swollen, like worse. It looked like I’ve been stung by a nest of wasps. My upper lip was swollen, my check all the way up close to my eye. Now, my eye never swelled shut but it came close. Well that landed me in the ER. I had an abscess tooth, the abscess was too small to lance or cut open to drain but they changed my antibiotics. Monday, I go in for an emergency dental appt. to lance the abscess and drain it. By Wednesday I’m looking better and not swollen. Fast forward, I had a root canal yesterday on my front tooth, didn’t feel a thing until the numbing shit they give you wore off. My mouth throbbed and hurt. I couldn’t even stand to sit and play video games. I sat in my bed watching on my Apple TV YouTube’s Slow Mo Guys and holding an ice pack on my face. So for the past two weeks I’ve been having dental issues out the wazoo. I’m getting better. I’m much better today than I was a week ago. So, yeah. I had no time to fit in writing when I couldn’t focus on the pain I was in.
As I said, I’m still writing. But I write best when I have no real deadlines, or expectations. I just do this for fun, and as a bit of a hobby. I love writing stories.
I’ll get my masterlists updated, I haven’t been on here in ages it seems like. And, I’ll be playing 7 Days to Die...again. Because I suck. I can’t sit down and write when I’m at home but I have no problem doing it at work. What the hell?
