Sunshine in Copenhagen, or as they say in Denmark, lovely weather. Det er dejligt vejr ☀️ _ This city is so special, and it’s not just because of Tim. Have you been to visit? What do you think? _ I’ve been coming here every summer for nearly 20 years. It’s been amazing to see some small subtle changes and some big giant ones. When I first visited Denmark everything closed midday Saturday and didn’t open until Monday, now a good number of places are open. We used for have to travel half way across town from vegan stuff and now there seems to be a fun vegan restaurant on every corner! Bikes have only increased but the metro makes the city so much more accessible, especially in the rain. And I’ll always love Danish fashion and design (who doesn’t?!). _ This weekend I’m online for Munich and after that I’m person for Stockholm, Amsterdam, Manchester and Athens teaching. Come practice.
