Cause I dont think I know anyone but my 87yo grandpa who swears multiple times a day, and it's not frowned upon, it's just not as much of a thing here unless people are really angry, but whenever there's been polls or posts about swearing people say they do it all the time and I'm curious if it's mostly an US thing or not. Or if people just exaggerate when they say that, which, is hard to figure out with a poll so this will have to do. Sorry for lumping the rest of the world in with me in one place <3
