Definitely the uncontrollable Kepprage. I’ve been taking Keppra for over a decade and it still hits me like a sack of bricks. It’s like one minute, I’m completely OK and the next I’ve got the anger level of the Incredible Hulk! I’m generally a very calm person but I still struggle with how to process all of that rage. 

It can also be hard to explain to my able bodied friends and co-workers that I’m not actually mad at anything when the anger tears start spilling over. It makes it look like I’m struggling with personal issues when really, it’s just my meds playing tricks with my hormones again.

I missed a few days because of *gestures vaguely at the state of the world* but here I am

weird side effect/weird auras

it's not really that weird but no one understands me when I tell them.

When I have an aura I get Intense deja vu. Not just a "I've done this before" moment, but the exact same movements, same thoughts, same touch, same smell, etc. The moments come in dreams I have like months before the actual moment, and I remember dreaming them before they happened.

Someone told me they think I'm psychic but I'm 100% sure it's just epilepsy brain fuckery
