Nuara is arguably the last okevatɬi you'd want to anger. She's the oldest season, equivalent to winter; the symbol of justice and retribution; and the executioner who works for Ides, the judge. She's cold and unforgiving to those that have done wrong. She's well known for her lex talionis punishments, but she's strict in not harming those who have not done wrong.
While other divinities may be more understanding and forgiving, Nuara isn't. When Ides makes a judgment call, she carries out the punishment swiftly. It's useless to try to pray to her for mercy because she cannot be negotiated with.
Nuara is almost always depicted alongside Ides in statue form or in murals/paintings, especially in courthouses and prisons. She's prayed to alongside Ides by those who have been wronged and need strength or aid in getting justice and taking revenge.
