I am back with a post for this semester finally. Welcome to my Advanced Nutrition online lecture audio notes! My process for studying is different this semester, since I am taking more online classes. I type out my lecture notes, then rewrite or add onto these notes, using review (for what’s on the test) and her slides.

I am still on uni break, so I’ve decided to take some notes on the (amazing) book I’ve finished reading. I’ve always struggled with reading for leisure while studying (aka. constantly reading) & I found a happy medium with this book that my aunty recommended & gifted to me. I aim to pass it on to everyone I know & love, thats another reason that I want to take some notes… I very well may never get it back baha.
Ps. I am NEVER up this late on a work night, I totally spaced out doing notes & watching Miss Universe on tv 😅
