Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons chia seeds. 1 ripe banana. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tablespoon honey optional. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: In a blender, combine almond milk and chia seeds. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell. Add the ripe banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey if desired, and vanilla extract to the blender. If you prefer a colder shake, add a few ice cubes to the blender as well.
