Ingredients: 1 bagel, sliced and toasted. 2 slices turkey breast. 1/2 avocado, sliced. Assorted grilled vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. Lettuce leaves. 2 slices of cheese optional. Mayonnaise or mustard optional.
Instructions: To start, toast the bagels until they turn golden brown. Put a turkey breast slice on the bottom half of the bagel. On top of the turkey, put slices of avocado. On top of the avocado, put the grilled vegetables. Add lettuce leaves and, if you want, cheese slices on top. If you want, you can spread mustard or mayonnaise on the top half of the bagel. To finish the sandwich, put the top half of the bagel on top of the filling.
