So someone skipped a fare in NYC so the police decide that is such a heinous crime they have to chase them down and use lethal force in a crowded, cramped, enclosed area filled with civilians
No knife is shown in the video released and all witnesses who aren’t cops all agree there was no knife
Aside from the pig that caught a stray this is unacceptable….
If this was a military unit someone would be in jail and their life would be ruined as they clearly broke ROE (yes police have ROE)
