Hey friends - quick update on my life...

Pivoting to a slightly different training program as I finish up my medical practice preparation- I’ll be focusing largely on osteopathic manipulation which is a form of bodywork I learned in my medical school. With the training change I’m also going to be moving to NYC for a few years. If any of you are locals ping me I’d love to chat!

The Bronx finally has something good first, that's been in the works for two years! It's coming along pretty nicely, but it could be so much better if more than two people were working on it. I make a third but only on Thursdays.
