Wait a sec could you expand on the ‘there’s no word for sandwich in Estonian’ thing :xxx Do y’all have foods that get put on top of at least one piece of sliced bread that aren’t like, culturally imported over from other cultures? Genuinely fascinated lol

tbh, in some ways it boils down to nitpicky semantics haha. if i were translating from english to estonian in most contexts, i would translate 'sandwich' into 'võileib' (literally butter + rye bread) and no one would bat an eye at that. but võileib is just bread with whatever you fancy putting on that bread, it does not necessarily entail filling between slices of bread, though does usually mean using regular sliced flat bread (white or rye, that makes no difference), and it feels a bit off to use võileib to describe putting stuff on, like, idk, a bagel.

for a fun extra tidbit, since it relates to that chicken burger/sandwich post - when you say chicken sandwich in estonian, this is much closer to what you'd expect to see

hahah thank you @nyhne you’re gonna challenge me here1.) I like my ability to set my mind towards a certain goal and then being able to complete it? Like, once I start a project I’m 100% dedicated

Sorry quick note to say yes!! Polyships definitely allowed! I usually just tag a bunch of ship tags that come to mind and always miss one or the other :x but it’s not an intentional exclusion. Also the prompts are loose- even if something seems focused one one relationship or another a lot of it is just for historical eras- in fact, personally I’m always hoping that we get entries of different relationships being explored even during Roderich’s ‘canon relationships’ just sayin’ :xxx

Ohhh thanks for the clarification!! Also don't worry, I didn't think it was an actual exclusion, but wanted to indirectly ask just in case dsfsddsf. Ship weeks aren't usually poly but with heta that (or cheating) is usual, hehehe. I have a current day wip with Rode's pov, but (third but I'm dying) I def can get others ideas if needed (Gil kicking the door and getting himself involved where not asked, frying pangle or something else)
