I got back into Pokemon cards because of the PTCG and I just wanted to share my pulls without my family demeaning me for "wasting my money" :3

The Surfing Pikachu I bought in a pack for like $6 (I know that card isn't really worth much but I don't CARE he's CUTE)

And the 2 Absol secret rares came from the same Obsidian Flames blister pack, and I always have crazy luck with them. And then on the third one my girlfriend opened, she pulled the regular Absol EX which is just *such* a sick fucking card. Absol fans stay winning

I absolutely LOVE Iono's Bellibolt and I really want the N's Zoroark to match but that one is way harder to pull. Also just kind of really like the Blaziken. I feel as though she gets less and less cards each each release. Which I guess makes it more special when you pull one instead of Charizard variant 486. I was really happy about the Bellibolt tho because I love him so much. Just a little guy.

I'm collecting OBF and JTG because I really like the trainers and pokemon being focused on. But I do occasionally buy those $15 25 card packs. And I've gotten some crazy good holos from it. Like this Charizard, which I actually really like because I feel like it's a more "personal" collection item with the little jewels and how he's protecting his trainer. In another one that I don't have with me rn I pulled the black star promo Entei which goes for like $50. (Here's that + the other EXs I don't care a ton about. Iron Boulder is actually a really sick card but I just don't care for the future pokemon)

Anyways, enjoy my shiny cardboard. I could probably convinced to trade some of these but it's unlikely for the full arts because I loooove me a full art card. I'm also open to people showing me their own because I love looking at it and learning abt what it means to them.

Blood test today was lowk traumatic to the point I caved and phoned my mum and had cry and she felt bad so sent me money for Pokémon cards 💀 god bless neglectful parent pity money! anyway LOOK AT HOW PRETTY (I got a pack of obsidian flames as well)

Ik this might sound weird BUT! as a fan of this Capsakid card on the right, I want to show you that this Eevee promo card did a callback to the Capsakid card from Obsidian Flames.

They both have 50 hp and Reckless Charge as their move. And now I realized their last digits for their card code name have the number 3 and it's 50 digits higher.

So please give attention to that Capsakid card from Obsidian Flames. You already know this card is WONDERFUL!
