I'm really starting to notice all of these small throwaway lines on Off Campus that are actually callbacks back to The Deal. This is just one example.

Garrett realizes how important the Pop Showcase is to Hannah so he swallows his pride and mentions that she should collaborate with Justin. There is a small concert on Youtube. One of Hannah's tabs reads Breaking Bad. That is the binge watch that Hannah and Garrett did the first night she slept over at his place after a study session. The moment is really cute.
