Here's a revamp of my oc Derek to entice my followers~

So like Jean and Derek were childhood friends but after the incident that resulted in Jean becoming a vampire, they lost contact for years. I havent decided on how many but they'd definitely be in their mid twenties. Derek goes through his own shit (read: trauma) and eventually they reunite, though under the best circumstances.

Derek is being manipulated and has no control over what he's doing and fighting it causes him to be violently ill. Eventually Derek is able to temporarily break free and winds up alone with Jean, pleading him to kill him. But of course Jean can't and won't. It'd destroy him. Other stuff happens but we won't worry about that. Derek is free for good but needs healing, I guess to put it simply. But he's able to visit Jean and yadda yadda there are feelings. Derek has had them since they were kids.

While Jean is more reserved about physical touch (but is getting used to receiving it), I think Derek would be clingy. More in a "I never want to lose you again" type way. Also just to tease Jean, Derek would openly flirt with him in front of friends <3

AND ☝️ unfortunately much like David, Derek would be "PLEASE LET ME FUCK" but like not manipulative

Maria's family lives in Willow Creek. Derek is a stay-at-home dad while Tanya is busy doing who knows what as a covert operator in the military. The twins Maya and Lola miss Maria a lot and wonder why she never comes home from college for the holidays.

A picture of Miranda with her parents. She would be about 3 or 4 here, since Hazel’s still alive. In black and white, Miranda definitely resembles Hazel more than Derek, but she has her dad’s ginger hair and green eyes. I might colour this picture at some point, since I haven’t done a colour one of Hazel yet.
