The Headache That Keeps Marching On
We’re on day 11 of having a headache on the right-hand side of my head. It does not respond to ibuprofen, naproxen, paracetamol, or diclofenac. Just my luck. The only thing that seems to be having any effect is the pregabalin my psychiatrist prescribed.

What is it that fascinates Neuroscientists so much about the Occipital Lobe in the human brain? A clue can be garnered in its role which is essentially Visual Processing, including the ability to bring forth images from our mental space into the physical space. Interesting too that this same area has great significance in some African Spiritual traditions too... In the Yoruba, it is a space utilised in the invocation of the Orisha Esu, the 'messenger' that bridges the realms of immateriality with the material - again from the mental to the physical. In the Zulu Sangoma tradition too, it is a space for conducting specifically visualisation rituals; known as the In'ergerba. Sheds much light on the Modern adage in self-help psychology and psychoterapy 'What you can visualise you can achieve' etc It becomes immediately clear that much is learnt from our Ancestral Knowledge Systems for which no credit is ever given, all in an attempt to claim to 'discover' or 'invent' things. Those on the journey to reconnect with Source should use this month of October dedicated to African/Black History to learn much of what has been deliberately hidden at a HUGE DISCOUNT. Use code OCT40. This is from part 3 of the 'Living an African Spiritual-Centred Life' series, how will you use this Knowledge? https://ancestralvoices.teachable.com LINK IN BIO #part3 #occipital #occipitallobe #neuroscientist #yoruba #immediately #clear #bhm #clue #october #huge #invent #christopher #columbus #syndrome #ancestralvoices #ancestral_voices https://www.instagram.com/p/CVEUA3Nj3bu/?utm_medium=tumblr

Important Mental Health(?) Question:
Okay so you know how when you have an old or shitty tv how everything on its all grainy and stuff? Do you ever look at like irl stuff and see that same graininess? Like i constantly see this sort of. The only way i can think to explain it accurately is that I can see air movement? Or maybe when you get a bad migraine and that fuzzy stuff enters your vision? Except no headache? and that makes a whole lot of no sense? but its like thousands of little white particles in my vision allll the time and if i focus on it, it looks like its moving?? But it always is m o v i n g? Anyone else get that? Maybe??
