"The best gift we can give to ourselves is to learn to effectively deal with turmoil, a great disturbance filled with confusion and uncertainty. Moreover, understand how to positively fulfill our human needs and aspirations." - Melissa Allegories 🫶🏽
They'd want to know . . . If we were in danger. They'd want to help.

One of the things we encourage in our group. Listen to the experience others are speaking about. You can tell the arm chair BSers. But if a person is standing next to their Small Craft talking. Take the time to listen. My grandfather told me once - “You don’t have to know and remember everything, just remember where your can get the info or the help you need. You are most likely only one or two people away from the solution to your problem.
“Some of you may have already heard of Teagan Appleby's story or may have seen it in the news recently.
Teagan suffers from a very severe case of epilepsy where she can seizure up to 300 times a day. In April 2019 she started using a medication that isnt yet available here in the UK and it has changed her life. Teagan has gone from having hundreds of seizures a day to just a handful. This isn't the only improvement. Teagan has re-learnt skills doctors never thought she would get back. Her quality of life has dramatically improved
But, the NHS will not prescribe this medication even though it is now legal here in the UK. It is costing Teagan's parents £2000 per month and it's a struggle every month to find this amount of money.
If you can help in anyway, we would be very grateful xx”
