It's so frustrating that all the good practice that was established in the last few years has been abandoned.

I work in an office environment, the person I sit next to has a viral chest infection, which will now spread to other people. She also came in the other week with conjunctivitis with is also super infectious!

There are also other people working in the office with nasty coughs, and one lady is in even though her immediately family (who she lives with) all have covid!

All of these people have the capability to work at home and do not need to be in the office. Why are we like this??
