I'm sticking to my bet that The Revenge gets destroyed. Possibly intentionally on Stede's part. I don't think this will be a character death.

I remember things that David and Samba posted; things suggesting a burning ship.

Then there are other things: Anne setting fire to her house full of beautiful things so that she and Mary could start over because Mary was unhappy (stuck in a swamp) and the things were just things to Anne, at the end of the day.

The way the ship has become physically part of the crew (Izzy's unicorn leg), and the crew has become physically part of the ship (Lucius's drawing of Pete on the wall. And I have to say, the moment they showed that drawing was the moment I got HEAVY doomed Revenge vibes. I was immediately struck with a vision of it burning.)

I could be way off, but I think the loss is going to be The Revenge, and it will be a necessary sacrifice.
