Day 27: Murder Mystery AU
It was no secret that Theo Raeken was a bad person, a murderer. So when he himself turns up dead, no one in Beacon Hills really bats an eye.
Sheriff Noah Stilinski, of all people, has to solve the little bastards murder.
There are plenty of suspects, himself included. But four young women strike his eye in particular. He knows them well. One of them is his daughter.
"Is it not true that you hated Theo for betraying your trust and almost getting me killed?"
"Of course, dad. But we had made up since then. I didn't kill him."
"You and Theo were getting a little cozy, weren't you Nixie?"
"Maybe he went a little too far for your liking. So you killed him. Wouldn't be hard for a girl who's singing can kill men."
"Nothing like that ever happened. I'm innocent."
"Tilly, Tilly, Tilly. What happened? Why'd you do it?"
"Oh, come on! A werecat with anger issues who lost her girlfriend to an abusive murderer. Don't tell me that didn't want to make you kill him."
"I wasn't going to waste the rest of my life for a low-life like Theo Raeken. I didn't kill him!"
"Riley, we both know something about Theo set you off. He was your berserk button."
"Sheriff Dad, injustice is my berserk button. Comitting violence against someone weak and defenseless is my berserk button. Theo Raeken barely qualified as something on my anger radar. I didn't kill his sorry ass."
