The result of it all is pain, sadness, and bitterness

The show is so tragic, I feel bad for all the characters usually, there would be a guilty party, although in this instance I will not defend Phukhao behavior toward Kongkwan, it is unacceptable no matter the situation. But Phukhao's actions do line up with his upbringing, he cannot control his anger, which causes him to lash out at anything that reminds him of Mai.
