i kinda have a whole story planed for this,so just hEaR mE oUt (and none of this is gonna go with the canon story,because WhY nOt??)-

so Kazuichi and Gundham would’ve been dating before Kaz dies,and obviously Gundham would’ve been full of despair watching the one he dearly loves the most get killed brutally. later on,Kazuichi gets revived by the Future Foundation.now,imma add a little twist to this...he was only revived to be used as a tool to take down the Remnats of Despair...which he then discovers are his old classmates.after a whole breakout scene, Kazuichi flees into the street,only to bump into his old boyfriend,Gundham...but there’s obviously a problem.since he was brainwashed by Junko,Gundham doesn’t remember anything about Kazuichi at all,which then leads to Gundham to try and kill him with the massive ass snake he has.though,after enough convening,Kazuichi gets spared...but he has to be Gundham’s personal servant...or slave in his own words.he even has to wear a fricken dog nuzzle (which definetly doesn’t work) and is on a god damn leash (which is probably worst) but Kazuichi is only doing this so he can someday prove to Gundham that they were dating,and he won’t stop till then...
