Which Frozen II trailer scenes may not be in the movie?
Good question! In some way every has a potential to be neglected. Let's see...
Elsa fighting the ocean is already legendary and we expect to see more of it than less in the movie. But it also was presented to us to make us gay understand what kind of character Elsa is in F2. And boy, we got it, we totally got it. And starting the trailer with this scene and dedicating half of it to Elsa is a rather bold way to say on whom the sequel will be focused. So there is a slight risk that this scene is Elsa's character growth we may not see in the movie.
This scene obviously introduces us to mysterious crystals. Again, it can be a part of the movie but also a food for fandom speculations. I will be laughing hard if we don't see this scene at all and crystals are of little importance at the end. But probably they are important. Josh Gad said so.
Kristoff running with the herd of reindeers is an action-packed scene. It suggests that they will be important part of the movie and not just a comic relief, thank you. But now when we know it, will this scene be in the movie?
Anna! Alone (with a bag but without a cape/kontusz, wearing only a coat/żupan), desperate, hurting, but never giving up, obviously another hint to a plot, showing that our favorite characters will be separated and struggling on their own. The risk that this famous leap of faith won't be in a movie is very low. Unless it really was put here only to make people gay. It worked.
Another fodder for speculations. A fire or a fog? In shape of a heart? Somebody else with magic? And mommy Elsa protecting Olaf. Again, like with diamonds, looks like important enough to stay, but who knows? Maybe it's made only to mislead.
New characters! Yay! And some wind magic? Definitely it was put in the trailer to make everybody go wild with speculations. I personally would appreciate if Disney made birch trees looking more like birch trees. You know, a white bark is not enough. Anyway, it will be really funny if these characters have like five seconds of screentime in the movie.
Ok, this scene is so epic that really may not happen in the movie. On the other hand it would be a real waste, it will look so great on a big screen. So hopefully it stays.
Anna with a sword is a total killer. I want her to play with a sword in the movie so badly. But this scene is peculiar. Why suddenly Kristoff has a sword? It's a first. And why, like in previous shot, they travel so light? Where is Sven and Olaf? Yes, this is another candidate for not being in the movie. But if there is not this exact scene, give me Anna with sword please? Don't tease.
