That muslim v. terrorist post has me thinking... someone said that the 9/11 terrorists are not muslim, they just called themselves that. And isn’t that like how terfs who call themselves feminists or even witches are neither. Like incels who call themselvss “nice guys” are not nice. Like abusers who call themselves lovers or the real victims.

They can call themselves whatever they want, when it comes down to it these are just words anyone can say. But these words allude to actions and if your actions do not hold up to the meaning of the word than you are nothing but a liar.

So maybe, instead of accepting words and terms as true selves, we should be paying attention to people’s actions.
