I’m losing my mind, I’m trying to find a reference for a certain type of old fashioned dress and I just don’t know what it’s called:

It went down to about your knees, the skirt didn’t cling at all it filled more space around a person, like a hula hoop kinda (they held shape pretty well I think?). They had short sleeves that went just over your shoulders and the neckline was kind of an open cut

Closest I can find are old 50’s dresses and they’re just not quite right
