Types of Magick
Witches, Wizards, and some Creatures of the British Isles often forget that there are more types of Magick than dark and light
Some Wixen even unknowingly use olde magick in their daily lives
It can be seen when a witch lovingly names her plants after loved ones
The way those named plants grow when their loved ones do and wilt when their loved one is hurt
It shows in the way a young child paints such a vivid picture during their story-telling that it is easy to feel as if you are in their made up land
How you can practically feel the wind in your hair and smell the breath of a dragon from the young witchlings words
It can be found in the old wizards pains, how he can predict the weather down to the exact degree
And how he can tell a storm is coming and when, down to the exact minute
The old wives tales that always have some dark truth to them, that Wixen often follow without questioning
How when that certain witch plays her lyre and you’re immediately lulled into security and submission
And how that wizard can command an army, stop a pub fight, be so persuasive by his voice alone
Most Magick users forget the olde ways but the olde ways still thrive, survive, and will outlast time
