This isn't technically my oldest OC because this one is a combination of an even older oc and kirby. That older oc was a pikachu with a red sweatband and wings called Ku which is why this guy is called Kuby. Ku I have already redrawn not too long ago tho and I also can't confirm how old that one is coz I have no surviving art of them. However, I can say how old this one is. My DA account is named after this guy lol -v-' The earliest post I can find of this is from 2007! That means I made this when I was around 10 years old! Not 100% accurate coz this was a repost so it could be even older but wow.

Zelia has been around for almost 10 years, so she’s been with me through a lot, but I didn’t start actively using her until 2020, and here’s her origin story:
In 2016 I created the name Zelia (I did not) which I thought sounded really pretty, and I loved the color blue, which is all I needed to make my first role playing avatar in RoBlox Highschool where I role played with myself (more pathetic than it sounds). I also didn’t have any robux for outfits and didn’t realize for that game it wasn’t required to use whatever clothing items you wanted which is why she only wore the free stuff. She was then abandoned because I wasn’t really into roleplay games with people I didn’t know.
For a brief time in 2018 I had reused the name and blue skin for a different character who honestly had nothing too her beyond daddy issues and being a badass princess. The transparent hair was…a choice.
In 2020 my friend remembered my old Roblox avatar and made a gacha life version of her and I was so embarrassed and angry at him that I decided to revive the character in my own way out of pure spite (you know who you are), so unfortunately I have him to thank for Zelia’s comeback. It was here that I introduced her as Zayn’s butch lesbian best friend from high school who had no powers but made up for it by being a skilled martial artist. Part of their dynamic was how they both defied their gender roles in opposite ways to rebel against their strict private school they attended, so she wasn’t really into femininity.
In 2022 I decided to make her trans instead and see where that would take me. I had to rewrite some parts of her story and I’m so glad because I do love her so much as a character now. I also realize that a lot more things stayed the same about Zelia throughout each redesign than I realized.

Day 1: Oldest OC
This is Aimee. I made her when I was like, ten, I think. She was just a cute rambunctious 6 year old. Absolutely buckwild trying to redesign her with non ten-year-old art skills.
I had to dig through the depths of hell for this one and relive past art I would much rather forget existed from my deviantart phase but my goodness here she is, Krista. I created her when I was in late elementary school. Her defining personality traits were orphan and witch.
Apparently I still liked drama even then as the story was supposed to start in the perspective of a girl named Khloe but then half way through Khloe would die revealing that Krista was the actual protagonist/ chosen one. All of this stemmed from the fact that I gave my friend the choice between the names Khloe and Krista for the protagonist and she chose Khloe and I wanted Krista and I was too chicken to say that I had already made up my mind when I asked her.
It was a rollercoaster reliving this but this is most certainly my oldest oc... unless you count my shark boy and lava girl oc’s but I don’t have a picture of them.
