Potential HeartStopper fic

TRIGGER-WARNING: WILL INCLUDE BEN RAPING CHARLIE

Charlie, Ollie and Tori are all put in care after their parent and grandparents die in an accident. They lived together with a foster family for a couple years, and they weren’t exactly nice to Charlie after he got outed. They all get split up and Charlie ends up staying with Ben Hope while Ollie and Tori end up staying with Nick and his mom (they’d take in Charlie but the council only approved them for two kids.)

Nick and Charlie don’t meet each other until Charlie goes over to Nick’s house for a visit. Charlie shows up at the door wearing an old worn out sweater, is very thin and has messy hair, and he swore he could spot a bruise in the shape of a handprint on Charlie’s arm. Nick immediately doesn’t like what he sees and suspects that maybe Charlie’s foster family isn’t that nice.

He’s right. Staying with the Hope family is torture for Charlie. They restrict food, they gave him the longest list of chores, they refuse to buy him anything new and to top it all off his foster brother likes to climb into bed with him at night.

Charlie’s terrified of contacting his caseworker incase he gets moved further away from his siblings. So what really is there to do?
