Really though. Team USA's women's flag bearer, Erin Jackson, is the first Black woman to win a gold medal in an individual Winter Olympics event. Team USA has the most out LGBTQ athletes in this year's games. Two of the Blade Angels (Amber Glenn and Alysa Liu) are openly queer, and Alysa Liu is also Chinese American. If all of these athletes are still representing us on a global stage, that's pretty damning evidence that this administration cannot get their bullshit ideology to fully take root in mainstream culture like they want it to. They're just not cool! And that's gotta be driving them to madness!

ngl I did cry as soon as I noticed amber glenn missed her third loop and then started crying even harder once she was done,, she’s still one of the best figure skaters of our time though so if I see her get any hate I’m going to be very upset :(

a great day to be a bisexual and a feminist :))) great day to love support and appreciate women :)))) im sooooo proud of amber crushing her free skate and im so proud of all the top 4 women’s hockey teams for their incredible work and dedication it’s cheesy but it really is an honor and a pleasure to have been able to watch this sport THRIVE throughout my lifetime
