She hates most of all that even after he’s put his hands on her, told her to her face he doesn’t think she’s real, some part of her can’t believe he meant it.

Something I was thinking about that makes oMarkHelly interactions near the top for me in S3 is that the same 3/4 combinations of MarkHelly interacted in BOTH seasons. Because even in Season 1, Helena and Mark Scout have the brief parking lot interaction. Innie Mark unknowingly speaks to Helena after he saves her life in the elevator, which Milchick confirms. Before this, Innie Mark had even seen her in the video to Helly. But oMark is a complete mystery to Helly outside of secondhand impressions she has of him from Mark S. And even among people I consider pretty intuitive about predicting MarkHelly interactions, there are wildly different ideas on how they would feel about each other, so I think that makes them the most interesting aspect of the future narrative.
