omarkhelly so sweet so kind so lovely
new fic!
real life is a rumor. Mark Scout receives a late night visitor and the racecar bed is relevant.
"Love transcends severance" is such a cliché thing ngl. What if it's actually just, every version of you falls in love with every version of me, and every version of me falls in love with every version of you because the chemistry between us is that potent?
Had no idea markhelly got so much hate, that's like one of the most intriguing couples in media ever
Helena: I need to pretend to be Helly, I can't let Helly interact with Mark or else he will not want to be with me because he will think she's better than me.
Mark: Holy shit two girlfriends
This Means Nothing (rated E)
A perpetuity wing omarkhelly oneshot in the Media Circus-verse (though can also be read as a standalone), featuring Milchick’s crisis of faith. Uses some HTML/CSS and custom graphics. Hope you enjoy <3

Scoutie is glitched onto the Severed floor. Innie rebellion in full swing. Mark's Reintegration is, for better or worse, also still moving. Side effects aren't always great but they've been manageable so far.
Scoutie and Helly start off on not great terms; he wants to see Gemma, she wants her Mark back.
They have to Fake Relationship so he isn't caught as being an Outie; holding hands, being sweet in public. As any fake relationship trope goes, it becomes less and less of a chore. But in private she still goes to hold hands and do other cute lovey stuff, but THIS Mark is married and wants to return to his wife, so there are a bunch of almosts and near misses. From both sides. But sometimes, they're chatting, or he cracks a joke, or he's looking at her, and she forgets that he ISN'T hers.
But she gets it now. Mark couldn't tell Helena wasn't her because, well, Helena IS her, no matter how much that stings. She wonders what she meant when she told iMark shes ashamed of herself. Was that real??
Anyways, they have a close call while being on the run down there, but they make it to somewhere safe. Panting. She cracks a joke. He looks at her with no other thought in his head besides her being incredible. Nothing else matters except for her. She knows the look well, it's the one iMark gave her when he took her hand after he left Gemma at the door. Like he could take her right there. Her Mark had given her that look since. It's almost pornographic.
But this isn't her Mark, so him looking at her like this is a shock. She could ask if he's sure he knows where he is, who she is, but god she's missed him. She gives him a loving, but slightly confused, smile.
Mark closes the gap between them quickly. Kissing, and groping, and tearing off clothing.
They make hot, passionate love.
She's the only thing that matters.
She's the only thing that's ever mattered.
He's neither Outie Mark, nor Innie Mark, but Helly's Mark.
The only thing that makes sense through his Reintegration.
But, through whatever function of their chip, and however his exit from the Severed floor, will go, like closing a word file without pressing save, their time together is forgotten. Either by one or both of them, even when back in the version of themselves (just him, or both) that made those memories.
So when he talks to Helena next, he has no memory of his time with Helly, nor falling in love with her. Last he remembers of her is Zufu.
But the funny thing about Reintegration, is that the memory files are saved in multiple places, not just the folder the severance chip is attached to.
They will get those memories back, but it will take time.
That's what i currently think might happen on Severance Season 3.
