Yo, here are some new job hc's. I recently got a new job so I've been getting accustomed to it.
Dynamics worrying that their outfit for th first day is either too professional or not professional enough (depending on job type).
The new employee letting out nervous scents.
New employees worrying about harrasment from their new co-workers.
Decorating their new desk space with items that they brought from home. Such as pictures and their favorite mug.
Bringing in 'work blankets' cuz the office is always cold. And it's comforting.
Betas redecorating by reorganizing their workspace.
Alphas putting up those little basketball nets in other people's work spaces and just throwing crumpled up papers into them.
New Omega managers worried they won't be taken seriously by their team and co-workers.
That one new employee with new ideas for progress but the upper management slams the hammer down for a Hard No.
That new employee who has the same new idea but because of their dynamic they get a Hard Yes.
The tour of the workplace being either super long and winded or super short and the new employee is completely lost.
New employees swearing to themselves they'll avoid any kind of work place romance.
That one employee who always seeks out the new employee to see if they're cute enough to be hit on.
Being scared to take breaks because you were trained to think that taking a moment for youself is bad in the workplace.
Having a standing desk.
