#OneGallonaDay seems like an impossible or daunting task, until you do it. .. . Hell, isn't that true with EVERYTHING that's new? #MaintenanceIsMandatory #OneGallonADay Water Challenge SideNote; If you plan to drink #LemonWater and #LimeWater you will have to purchase a cleaning brush. I've been cleaning my bottles every 2 or 3 days to make sure I don't have leftover pulp contaminating my water. It's not that much of a pain-in-the-butt, but if you have a dishwasher that works (new one coming soon) then this is not an issue. After I drink the #Lemon water, I don't throw out the lemons, I just add the #Lime water with the lemons trying to get as much nutrients from the lemons. 1 whole Lemon and Lime gives your 99% of your daily #VitaminC. Lime: 100 g of lime contains 29 mg of vitamin C, which is 35% of the daily requirement. Lemon: 100 g of lemon contains 53 mg of vitamin C, which is 64% of the daily requirement.  (Source: USDA National Nutrient Database).
