One little mistake use to ruin my day or make me feel like I'd, "fallen off the wagon". Meanwhile other girls were crushing their #OnePerfectWeek 🙄 and I couldn't go one day without "failing". ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We are often so critical of our efforts and feel the need to focus in on the 1 thing that didn't go as planned and disregard the 3 things we did really well. wtf. 😐 This was me for years! And some days, I still have pep talks with myself when my brain goes from 0-100 in a negative way. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Who can relate to this??
