No cause as an autistic girly, I’m so used to hyper-analyzing facial expressions, and I love when actors put so much thought and detail into them. It’s so obvious (to me) that something changed in the way Eddie looks at Buck, especially during/since 9x13. He looks at him with such adoration and tenderness and love that we didn’t really see much before, at least not outwardly on his face. Like as much as we might love our friends and family, we don’t look at them like that. Not really. You can mostly see it when Eddie is genuinely concerned for Buck and just wants to take care of him and wants him to be ok. The longing. The yearning. *chefs kiss* It’s getting to a point where there’s really no other way to explain the dynamic between Buck and Eddie. They literally have to go canon at this point. Not just in a “omg I hope this ship goes canon!” way, but in a “god the writing would be so stupid and make no sense if they don’t end up together” way.
