After a really bad Monday, I had an excellent Tuesday.
I haven’t eaten as regularly as I should this past week. My stomach has not been doing so well. It seems to be doing a bit better today. I’ve also been enjoying some fresh fruit today. Hopefully I’ll be back to normal enough to be able to go for a run again on Monday.
I think it’s officially a stomach bug. I wish it would hurry up and work its way out of my system now. Thanks.
Didn’t eat much yesterday because I felt like crap. If I didn’t have to go to work I’d still be asleep right now. My workout for today is still up in there. I guess we’ll see how I feel when I actually get moving.
