Binding spell for ensuring a person no longer bothers you
This binding is for people that see you as a target. Whether it’s simple teasing, full on bullying, or verbal harassment. This binding will dull their eyesight as long as it has to do with you, it will bind their tongue so that they will not speak unnecessarily to you especially if it is using unkind words. This spell is great for those who consistently decide to be dicks to you but you still need to work or study or live around them. This spell allows for a bit of civility so that they can still talk to you when needed, but will be dissuaded against saying things with an unkind tongue.
- Cloth poppet (ensure you leave the eyes and mouth open, fill it with cloth)
- Needle and Black thread
1. On the piece of paper write down what it is your target tends to say to you. Make it general.
Ex: “They never shut up about how women are less than men.”
Fold it up. Ensure it can fit inside your poppet.
2. Next, make the poppet. If you want you can use their picture as the poppets face, just make sure it’s large enough so you can still sew the eyes and mouth shut. And place the folded sheet of paper inside, then sew it shut. Make sure the eyes and mouth a cut open.
On the back of the poppets head, or its back; write the targets full name.
3. Prepare your needle and thread, make sure the thread is very long. Long enough to sew both eyes, the mouth and wrap at least once around the poppet.
Begin to sew the eyes. Do this slowly, so that by the time you are done speaking both eyes have been sewn shut. Do not cut the thread. When you are done with one eye simple go over to the next one.
“I bind thy eyes, that see me as a target. I bind them so that they may pass over me without interest.
You’re eyes do not sparkle at the sight of me as a target, I am of no interest to you.
And if your eyes do land on me, or if our eyes do meet.
A smile, a nod that’s it. And if you do need to speak to me.”
4. Now begin to sew the mouth. Once again do not cut the thread, allow it to be connected to the eyes as you continue and sew the mouth. Speak slowly, so that when you are done sewing the mouth you are also done speaking.
“I bind thy tongue and lips so that unkind words no longer spill from them.
I am tired of hearing about (insert whatever you wrote on the sheet of paper)
I bind thy tongue and lips, you speak to me only when necessary.
Or if your words are kind or constructive. If they bid hello or farewell.”
5. With what’s left of the thread wrap it around the poppet. Then tie it so it won’t unravel. Say:
“I bind you. Your eyes, that see me fit to harass. Your tongue and lips, that speak so negatively to me.
I bind you so that you can no longer continue to do so.
A smile, a nod, hello, goodbye.
That's all there is, and will ever be. There's no more to say.
I bind the binding that I bind, it is now forever bound. And so it is.”
6. Keep the poppet with you. If you wish to undo the binding, simple cut open the thread and declare the binding undone.
