Anon that's the least random episode! It's Jon's no good very bad day where he freefell in Mike's kitchen and has his first close encounter with a knife (if you don't count Michael's hands) by virtue of Daisy.
Here's my stupid take:
Mike said "You know, that was… that was nice. I’m not, not usually the sort for speeches. That was… pleasant change."
And my first reaction was "ohohoho wait until you go to sleep tonight and then we'll see how pleasant it is" but my second reaction was "... Wait"
