The Pilgrimage Saga
stuck on a spaceship 2: this time it’s personal
I just noticed that Fushimi's scar and Hisui's Slate heart are similar in placement on their bodies. What if there was some horrid accident and Hisui's last resort to save Fushimi's life (while Fushimi's in Jungle on his secret mission) is to put a piece of the Slate in Fushimi to keep him alive? How would Team Silver/Blue/Red deal with it then? Would they even know that Fushimi had part of the Slate in him at that point? How would Munakata save him? Could he? (Reisaru scenario, perhaps?)
Ooh this is intriguing. Maybe the coffee table alliance finds outabout it because they were involved somehow, like for extra angstpotential Munakata gets to be part of the reason that Fushimi’s lifeends up tied to the Slate and he has to decide if Fushimi’s life isworth defeating Hisui. Say Fushimi becomes j-rank and joins jungleand of course Hisui is all grabby hands possessive over him becausehe has been waiting to get his hands on this kid forever. At somepoint he sends Fushimi on a mission that requires him to watchMunakata somehow, like Hisui decides to see how much influenceMunakata still has even after being fired so he sets some junglegoons on him and asks Fushimi to observe. Munakata defeats the goonsbut one of the attacks that he deflects is sent flying in thedirection of where Fushimi was perched in the window of a nearbybuilding. Part of the building collapses and Fushimi gets caught inthe rubble and ends up with a rock through the chest same as youngHisui. Kotosaka was also watching them so Yukari comes to sweep upthe injured Fushimi but Munakata sees him first, staring in horror atthe injured and bloody Fushimi lying in the rubble but unable torescue him before Yukari carries him off.
Fushimi is returned to jungle’s underground basement half dead fromblood loss and trauma. Hisui doesn’t intend to lose him so easilythough and decides that if the Slate saved his life it can saveFushimi’s as well, placing a piece of the Slate into Fushimi’s woundand then using his own bond with the Slate to ‘force’ it to give someof its life force to Fushimi. Fushimi’s eyes open and he’s suddenlyable to move again without pain, but there’s this pulsing light inhis chest where the piece of the Slate is. Hisui explains what he hadto do and Fushimi has to act grateful even as he’s quietly having acomplex about suddenly being a dead man walking. Also maybe having apiece of the Slate in him affects him in other ways too, like he cansuddenly use all the auras, not just his three. And sometimeshe’s able to 'hear’ the Slate the way a King does and almostsynchronize with it, he just can’t manifest a Sword of Damocles. Hekeeps sensing the Slate’s presence all the time though and he canfeel the shackles that Kokujouji put over it and the power Munakatatried to wield over it as well as everything Hisui is doing to it andit’s kinda messing him up even more than he already was. Also he endsup in at least one fight with the coffee table alliance where he hasto use more than his three colors and maybe his shirt gets torn openso everyone’s able to see this glowing wound in his chest. Afterwardit’s reported to Munakata what happened and he realizes that Hisuisomehow used the Slate to save Fushimi’s life, and that Fushimi andthe Slate are connected now.
So then when Munakata goes to Bar Homra and learns that Homra andHakumaitou plan to destroy the Slate he’s even more adamant aboutkeeping it intact, maybe he doesn’t straight up say that Fushimi’slife is tied to the Slate but Anna realizes it anyway and now she’sconflicted too because she doesn’t want to see Munakata lose his lifeto the Slate but she doesn’t want to see Fushimi die either. I thinkit would throw a bit of a wrench into the plans to destroy the Slate, even if they feel the only way to end things properly is to destroythe Slate there’s still the knowledge that doing so will kill aninnocent party who put himself on the line to save them all(presumably Munakata still tells Yata that Fushimi betrayed them byhis order, so Hakumaitou and Homra are aware as well). Munakata alsomakes it clear that even if his own Sword falls he will protect theSlate to the end, if that’s what it takes to save Fushimi. I feellike in the end Shiro would probably decide that they will try tosave Fushimi if they can but if there’s no choice then stopping Hisuistill has to have priority, if they only lose one life in doing thisthat’s still preferable to letting Munakata’s Sword fall and take outhalf the city or letting Hisui’s plan come to fruition. I thinkMunakata would try to stop them though and maybe we get a tensestandoff between like the Silvers and Anna versus Munakata, whoseSword is about to fall but even so he refuses to let them pass ifthey intend to destroy the Slate because Munakata has no intention ofsacrificing Fushimi in his place. (Ooh and then maybe they do end updestroying the Slate though and everyone thinks Fushimi’s died butAnna uses her power to like 'connect’ herself, Shiro and Munakata tothe Slate one last time and concentrate all that remains of theirfading Kings’ power into Fushimi’s piece of the Slate, creating fromit a kind of mini-Slate that has just enough power to sustainFushimi’s life. Though then for angst potential no one knows how longthat will last and now Fushimi’s a target for all kinds of bad guyswho want the Slate’s power and Munakata has to protect him).
*word's getting around about Grimlock leading an exodus to a hidden untraceable island rich with raw energon and rare white energon crystals*
He's just going to fly around some of the places he's known Grimlock to be, and see if he happens to see anything. No big deal. Just a Seeker out casually stretching his wings.
In response to the person who asked how a fairytale character could be Henry's father, I just wanted to mention that my theory is that Hook is his father. Hook is from Neverland, which would likely be seperate from fairytaleland. (I dont know how he would have gotten to our world, or how Rumplle got to Neverland, but Im not writing the show. lol) BTW, I believe Hook is also Bael's bio dad, which would make Bael and Henry brothers.
