Sharing interests with your siblings is such a nice feeling, right?? It’s like all my life I always had someone around who perfectly understood all of my obsessions :D

And I’ll definitely have to check out that Mixtape now! Even though I always feel a little bit bad for listening to the leak <.< (and ikr, tattoos are so damn expensive, I got one in February this year and I feel like I can still feel the hole that blew into my bank account... well, maybe that’s also because I got some new piercings like two weeks ago tho).

Ah yes! Seungmin’s hair looks amazing. I actually think they all got really good hairstyles this time, I’m especially fond of that kinda pink-ish colour Felix has, he looks like a cute lil elf 🤧

Okay I’ll put my whole origin story under a cut because this is already blowing out of proportion^^

So basically I started listening to K-Pop in 2016 and the first group I really got into was Got7 and from there I just became attached to a lot of other JYPE groups and soloists (for example I’m also really in love with Day6 and Baek A Yeon). So since I’m pretty much listening to all JYPE artists at this point, I’m, of course, following the YouTube channel. So I got a notification for Hellevator on the day when it was released and I just decided to check it out and it was sooooo good. So I did some research and learned about the “debut showcase” and all of that stuff and immediately texted my sister and we kinda just hyped each other up and we always watched the debut showcase turned survival show together as soon as the subs were out. It was one hell of a ride, we suffered and we cried and we are both still here somehow.  

I think what initially got me hooked was probably their overall style? I generally really like darker concepts, you know kind of grungy or edgy stuff or whatever you want to call it. (well, I did get into K-Pop after listening to If You Do by Got7). Also, their music fits in really well with my overall preferences (that drop in Hellevator really sold me xD)

I gotta admit I was a little hesitant at first because they were (at the time) the first group that I was stanning where almost all members are younger than me (I’m only 6 months younger than Chan so... yeah, it’s insane when I think about how we are literally almost the same age???)
