Okay so very much a clear bias with associations from both your Kaiwe and Law ship... But... In my defense, your lore is super fun and the visuals are always so cool! I love reading up on updates! For the associations: sprawling beaches, volcanos, I had to add The Truffle and you are also my #1 Hornbill appreciating mutual.

self-shippers who struggle with procrastination: imagine your f/o helping you with your tendencies. you figure it out by breaking down the things you need to do so that they’re more manageable and thus are things that your brain actually feels like they can start on. they tell you to focus not on your next tasks as tasks but in terms of your very next physical action to make the tasks less daunting.

when you’re working on something you need to get done, they send you messages every so often to make sure you’re making progress. if you are, they congratulate you and tell you you’re doing great, and if you aren’t, they ask if you need to take a break or if it’s a matter of you needing to get back on track or not.

if your work or study environment needs to be adjusted to help you focus, your f/o helps you redesign your room (with your permission, of course) and helps you reorganize things to make it easier to get yourself started on stuff.

🍏 about my f/o's fears

The ocean and deep bodies of water. It's not an irrational fear when there is at least one mosasaur and dunkleosteus. I have other de-extinct animals that I speculate were released, but the two listed above are validating enough to avoid deep bodies of water.

I also think it's a fun concept for her to be named after a sunken/lost ship and then have that referenced as one of her major fears. It's such a small detail, but I do feel it's also justifiable to her character. For Lyubov, the ocean represents a direct loss of any power they'd typical feel on land. The vast emptiness of dark depth, the inability to hide or fight back, and feeling entirely vulnerable.

As a secondary and related dream, Lyu desires absolute independence. Red being held against her is the only reason Lyu hasn't been able to retire and live quietly in isolation.

Maybe not a secret to us, but Lyubov is so soft around the few souls they allow close to them. They keep the rest of the world at arm's length to emotionally protect themselves, but once that wall begins to crack, they're nothing but vulnerable.

All of my s/is have positive to neutral to negative leaning qualities I have. I guess Mona represents my worst habits because she’s got no hope most of the time but still wants something in a very unrealistic way.

Abandonment, dishonesty, finite relationships, giving up & trying again. Not the happiest themes but they are wholesome in the end. Trust me please

Bad friends: It’s Alright by Mother Mother sums up their relationship. First song that I’ve associated with them is Bad Friend by Rina Sawayama, which also used to be the most important song in their playlist(before I got older)

Idis: Lonely by Brad Sucks explains their overall dynamic. First song that I’ve associated with them is Hostage by Billie Eilish. Another Place by Bastille & Alessia Cara is how they feel about each other.

When Idia stops rambling, Iris stares at him blankly without saying anything for a moment before asking questions about what he said, and at first he thought she was judging him when she paused. After a few more conversations with her he realizes she’s taking her time understanding what he said, like a machine processing huge amounts of data all at once. It’s her being genuinely interested in his ramblings, rather than just trying to be polite and pretending to listen to him. He finds her brief pauses cute.
