Hahah, yeah, Garp needs to be there IMMEDIATELY. The AU I was talking about is the Warlock Patron one, and it's a brief enough meeting that I'll share the section of it here.
But I think it would be REALLY fun to do a more in-depth God Valley interaction between Imu and Dragon sometime.

The first meeting is an accident. Chance, some might call it. In hindsight, that meeting certainly becomes more akin to fate. But at the time of, Imu does not know that.
At the time, there is only the Hunt.
The Hunt that Imu’s subjects partake in, each year. And also the Hunt that the Knights must carry out, the extermination of the Davy line.
Two birds, one stone. Is that not how the saying goes? The pirate is surely dead under the power of Imu’s forces by now, and if not, he will be soon.
A flicker. A flash of a God Knight, somewhat separated from the rest. Another time, another place, Imu ignores that flicker entirely. Continues onto the core of this situation, where the pirate that dares challenge Imu’s rule of the world awaits, where Imu shall mark him with Omen.
Lead Rocks D. Xebec to destroy what he loves most.
But here, now, for some reason Imu...leans in.
Saint Maffey. Satchels.
Hunting one particular individual, instead of following the orders to drive off, to slaughter, the invading pirates. Curious, Imu sinks in to claim limbs and body alike, and the vessel allows mu in, as vessels are meant to do.
Eyes and Observation open, there is a cloaked figure fleeing before them. Or attempting to flee, damaged and weighed down with something that it carries. Something that gleams with life in turn. Hm.
Male, Imu is certain. The Haki of the Conquering King coats the air, exhaled from the mere weight of Imu’s attention, reaching towards him. The cloaked figure, the young man bears his teeth like a wild animal. Trembling. But he does not fall, does not back down. Does not give up the child he holds.
Figarland’s line, the memories of the body inform Imu. Stolen away by an ignorant woman and then this man on top of that, the return requested by Garling.
Interesting.
Troublesome.
Perhaps Imu should slay him, this thief. There are pirates about on this island, easy enough to blame, should the rule of the Native Hunting Competition be not enough. Pirates that should not be here, what is that spawn up to-?
The spawn’s appearance is useful enough for one thing: for his line to be wiped out once and for all, in Imu’s unspoken name.

I think she would pursue medical transition as part of proving her point, ie, "see Kuina getting boobs would not have stopped you", and would be getting estrogen deliveries by bird lol. Which has potential to be a comically mysterious thing that they all try and fail to uncover the truth of. She would definitely fuck with them about it and give them all sounds of crazy red herrings. Despite not even really caring if they know, she trusts them, literally it's just for fun.
I think the clearest change this would cause to Strawhat dynamics is definitely her relationship with Nami. We all know how Nami feels about women. And being protected by them.... And I definitely see trans Zoro as a butch lesbian. ZoNa Yuri would be INTENSELY HOT AND ROMANTIC. Why haven't I seen this before actually it feels like it should be obvious.
If we include a tgirl Sanji headcanon as I know is much more popular (rightly so!) I think it would definitely help her coming out journey. I mean, to have someone on the ship who is already Doing That, would be monumental. If you keep their antagonistic relationship (as I would prefer to, at least in the beginning) then there is a lot of comedy potential as well as the obvious angst. Like I feel like finding out that Zoro is trans would definitely crack Sanji's egg but then it's like. Oh my god everyone is going to think I'm copying her. (<- no one would think this, she is crazy.)

Unless Imu is in a PARTICUARLY merciful and good mood, then she might get tortured and then "allowed to serve under her Master once more" as a personal slave to Luffy.
Then the narrative being sold would be "silly slave was trying to be loyal to the Master's child, but overreached. That's alright we can fix that."
You make me want an au where Oyster escapes with Dragon and Luffy the first time and becomes Luffy’s mom. Offering to be or nodding yes before anyone can stop her when asked. And then raising Luffy and his brothers before starting her own adventure.
Oyster WOULD take that chance with both hands, wouldn't she?
Things I could definitely see happening in such an AU:
-Oyster freaking out about Shanks showing up, because she definitely remembers what Shamrock looks like.
-Dragon using her as a excuse to be 'looking East' because hey, ex-slave that was near the center of it all? Pretty big Win for the Revolution.
-Accidental solving of the Sabo Amnesia Tragedy, because it would be either a) Dragon/RA checking up on Oyster BEFORE the fire and finding out about Sabo's existence that way or b) them meeting up with Oyster AFTER Sabo getting shot and her going, "Hey my kid brother died." And them going, "Wait this kid that got blown up is connected to you?"
-Oyster growing up to become even more impossibly bold than in her canonical timeline, God, no one is safe from her.
Tbh, I find it a little hard to determine what exactly Oyster would want to do in her freedom, other than take care of Luffy and his brothers, because so much of her is shaped in her canonical existence by her slavery and having no choice.
It'd probably be either wanting to help RA or becoming part of Luffy's crew for her, off the top of my head. And you know she'd want to learn Haki for one thing: to break chains.
Dragon takes Oyster with on the way out AU. Would Oyster join ASL on their adventures? I think she might enjoy dine and dashing. What would her relationship with them be like? Would Oyster teach them Our Tongue?
Oyster would love to partake in scavenging and setting traps, but I don't think she'd be very interested in fighting/sparring ASL love to do with each other and whoever they're stealing treasure from.
Not that Ace specifically would let that stop him. He strikes me as pushier than both Sabo and Luffy when it comes to being able to put up a good fight, though I have no doubts that none of the boys would allow Oyster to wander around without some ability to protect herself.
You can develop a sense of a taste without a tongue. They'd totally drag her around to try out food at different places, trying to figure out what she tastes (and likes) best.
ASL love Oyster, as another ally, friend, sibling. She's a storyteller, and teaches them Our Tongue to teach them all the good ones and just to talk them in general.
(Oyster is the first to step forward, when Sabo's shitty sperm donor tracks him down. First to take the hit, first to let them beat her bloody, because she can take it.)

Oyster wouldn't hide her slave background from the trio, but they'd each respond in different ways once they put the pieces together. Sabo might feel even more shame that he comes from a family that would love doing the kind of shit that puts people in slavery. Ace thinks, "Oh fate worse than death? Better make sure I kill myself if it ever gets to that point." Luffy? Luffy has even stronger feelings about kicking ass of people like Arlong and those are already PRETTY STRONG in canon.
Let's see, she's about 9-10 range when Luffy is born.

So yeah, absolutely far too young to be Luffy's 'mom' (not that I think he would call her that ever, in any AU, raised by her or not. She's just Oyster to him).
But people making that assumption might lean towards "well I guess she's older than she looks?" or "holy fuck she was way too young to having kids, that's fucked up."
