What they're saying is that Domi Reversi offers a sense of liberation, in that you don't have to worry about the moral consequences of your actions, which gives you the freedom to do whatever you want. An excess of strength, a regenerating body and no sense of right or wrong, but they still have their minds pointed towards whatever Imu wants. It really makes for the perfect warriors, doesn't it?

Oh, the irony of being so mind controlled to think of it as liberation

Maybe this is unfair of me, but seeing as they were also being controlled until like the end of the last chapter and they only partially broke free of it after almost killing each other when they were trying to attack Zoro, I'm not sure Dorry has much of a leg to stand on about this lol

I got really confused at first by the idea of a person named after an insecticide, but then I remembered that the giants tend to be named after wrestlers, and apparently there's one named DDP, short for Diamond Dallas Page, which might be the inspiration? (there's also one named Cody Rhodes, for example)

This would've been more touching if it weren't preceded and followed by the other giants gleefully and unapologetically beating the shit out of their Domi Reversi'd friends and comrades

Hajrudin's attack is called 英雄の槍 with the furigana グングニル (gunguniru). 英雄 (eiyuu) means hero, like Garp and Koby's epithets, and 槍 (yari) means spear, lance or javelin, so like Hero's Lance. In Norse mythology, Gungnir is the name of Odin's spear, known for always hitting its target (I imagine it doesn't hurt that it also sounds like a play on Loki's Ragnir)

Stansen's attack is 巨太鼓 with the furigana ギガントロマ (gigantoroma). 巨 means giant or large, and 太鼓 (taiko) means drum, so Large Drum, basically. I'm not sure what they were going with with the word "tromma", but to be fair I'm also not sure how to interpret that furigana either. There's an Ultraman villain named Gigantor, but the Japanese name is ジャイガントロン (jaigantoron), which is pretty different

Zoro's attack is 赤鬼怒巨, with the furigana for 怒巨 being オコメガ (okomega). 赤鬼 (aka oni) means red ogre, the verb 怒る (okoru) means to get angry, and 巨 means giant, or mega. There's a pun here with the full name Red Ogre Mega Rage, because you can also read the sounds あかおにおこめが (aka oni oko mega) as

あ、顔にお米が... (ah, kao ni okome ga) Ah, there's rice on (your) face...

I would say that Chopper is stronger than he thinks, but that demon shadow being peeled off of the giant seems to indicate something else happened. Either that or just a slap would work and the other guys are being unnecessarilly violent, which would be pretty funny

I'm still unsure if this is a fake out or just an underwhelming fight, but it does seem kind of strange how easily Killingham got taken out, especially because it looks like he got defeated with a single kick from Sanji, when Rocks seemed to have been fighting on more equal terms with Garling in God Valley (at least, it looked like he had some visible wounds and was out of breath by the end of it?). Even if you consider that the God's Knights have varying levels of strength among them, it still feels too quick and painless after all the angst and suffering of Elbaf, you know?

For being a part of the Cowardly Trio, I have to admire Nami's utter lack of fear when scolding a dragon as big as a neptunian whose integrity and morals are still questionable at best lol

(Also, the fact that Loki does pause in surprise while she yells at him is pretty cute, especially because he takes his anger out on Luffy afterwards, and not on her)

As a matter of fact, all three of them were pretty brave this chapter, with Chopper slapping that Domi Reversi'd giant and Usopp fighting against Imu, even if he probably has no idea just how much of a Big Bad Imu really is

For someone who says that, they sure are letting Usopp monologue to his heart's content, and they also seem to be... toying with both of them? They aren't killing them, they aren't Domi Reversi'ng them, they're just hanging around? Hitting them but not strong enough to kill. Wasn't Imu in kind of a hurry at first?

I would've thought that Imu would call Luffy Joyboy, like Zunesha and Emet did when Luffy used Gear5. Calling him Nika reminds me of Imu calling Rocks Davy during God Valley. It feels like to them time never really moved forward at all, and they're still stuck in the same battle with the same people
