#or equivalent#I don't love nestle but it is the sugar-free chocolate drink powder available to me#I've tried hot cocoa and it doesn't mix well when it's cold but sugar-free swiss miss is my go-to in the winter when I need salt#that's 200 MG hell yeah#I know that liquid IV had a version with 250 they released last year but it had sugar in it and that will make me sick :')#but no generally sugar-free things also have more salt to make up for the loss in flavor
