Why do most Indian Muslims support the likes of Aurangzeb?

I don’t see Indian Christians supporting the British just because they were Christians.

Also what fake history are they talking about? Is it not true that Aurangzeb had Sikh gurus killed? That he got Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj (a native hero) brutally tortured for not converting? That he was intolerant of other religions? Is it not true that he ordered for many Hindu and Jain temples to be broken? That he restarted the persecution of Kashmiri Hindus? That he foisted the Jizya taxes back on non muslims?!

So people were demanding the removal of Aurangzeb’s tomb in Nagpur and they burned an effigy of the tyrant but then guess what happened? Someone spread the rumour that “a flag with a Quranic verse was burned” and then stone pelting and violence was unleashed. It’s always the same pattern and somehow you know they will acquire the victim card at the end of all of it. What gives these people license to start violence in the streets in the name of provocation? Why are you so freaking fragile that a mere rumour makes you act like fucking apes?
