Cosmere fandom, what's the most impressive plot twist you saw coming before it happened, and the biggest thing you missed, despite the obvious forshadowing?

I'll go first: I predicted that OreSeur was the one who was replaced by a Kandra in Well of Ascension, but did not connect that Kaladin was the one who killed Helaran in Words of Radiance until Kaladin realised it himself. My brain just decided to forget all of Kaladin's backstory, when Amaram said that he killed the sword's previous owner. I was like "yup, Amaram's evil, of course he killed Helaran, checks out".

I have 5 chapters left of The Well of Ascension at the moment. Here’s what I felt like drawing.

I know the book describes more of a wolflike dog, but I’m bored of wolves. I was picturing OreSeur as a newfoundland.
