after months of not talking, osamu finally makes contact with atsumu. osamu attempts to apologize to y/n and suna. y/n & suna’s relationship affects another relationship.

y/n and suna go to y/n’s house after their double date with kuroo and akira. suna says something that brings their relationship to the next level. an unwanted visitor interrupts them.
episode twenty eight : issues
the cast is contacted about season 2 filming starting soon.when filming for season 2 of loveless begins, osamu attempts to apologize in person. being near osamu again has caused major issues for y/n, especially because he will not give up until she forgives him. y/n is conflicted with her feelings about osamu.
osamu simps, i offer you: 'samu peeling the shrimp for you as one of his ways of silently telling you "i love you" because he does it for you and only you
probably discovers this little secret, you not being able peel shrimps properly in public because you: a) don't know how, or; b) get too messy that it's embarrassing, when you're out to eat w/ inarizaki after a win
you two probably bond over food even before you were dating. and he fr knows your stand on tempura
so to see you refuse the shrimp that aran had offered you kinda baffled him
you hate shrimp now?? but you eat shrimp when he has them for lunch? ; he probably failed to realize that the shrimp was already peeled in his bentos...
safe to say, he was baffled. so he may or may not have pulled you aside when everyone was walking home together to ask you this question:
why didn't you eat shrimp earlier?
wow osamu, how romantic
anw then he sees you get flustered and he's like ?? hUh
then he understands why when you quietly reply that you didn't know how to; you're too embarrassed to look him in the eyes to the point that your interaction seemed like a confession from a 3rd pov
the next time shrimp is present again, you, him, 'tsumu, and suna were treating yourselves to a nice night out
when the shrimp arrives and he sees your want to have some of it but you can't, he offers that he peels it for you albeit quiet so the two won't hear
atsumu hears it anyway and complains, saying 'samu has never helped him once with his prawn problems, but osamu ignores and still continues to peel shrimp for you :((
and he still does it years later when you've finally learned how to do it properly :((
he may grumble about it but he always does it. :(( and and and whatever he peels, he gives it to you straight away 🥺 he could think about his own portion later when you're happy

after finding out about your crush on his brother, atsumu comes up with a “brilliant” plan: fake date him to make osamu jealous. you realize that this plan was a mistake when osamu starts dating someone else.
Suna trudgingly walks up the stairs to Y/n’s house when he hears a car pull up behind him.
“Oi. Wait up.” Osamu says getting out of the car and lightly jog up to Suna. “What do you think is up?”
“I don’t know.” Suna sighs stretching out his hand for Osamu to take. “The last time they did this we really pissed them off.” Suna says scratching the back of his neck.
“Did we do anything to piss them off?” Osamu says slightly squeezing Suna’s hand.
Y/n stood in the house nervously pacing waiting for Suna and Osamu to arrive. Y/n peers over to the clock and sighs making their way over to the window. ‘They should be here by now.’ Y/n looks out and sees Osamu and Suna talking and makes there way over to the door opening it with a big nervous smile. “Hey, what are you two doing? Come on it’s cold out here.” They wave Suna and Osamu in.
“Yeah..” Suna nervously chuckles and walks into the house with Osamu following closely behind.
“Hey, is something wrong?” Osamu asks and Suna freezes, with his breath catching.
“Hmm...no? What would give you that idea ‘samu?” Y/n asks tilting their head a little in confusion.
“Oh no reason. I just wanted to know.” Osamu nods and Suna finally breaths.
“Hey Rin... you look kinda tense. Are you okay?” Y/n says placing their hands on either side of his face. Suna sighs and pushes himself deeper into their touch.
“It’s just the last time you texted us like that you were really mad. Well mad at me... I was scared that’s what was happening again.” Suna frowns and Y/n chuckles.
“Oh my god, I completely forgot about that. Oh I’m not mad. I just have something to tell you guys.”
“What is it that you have to say...” Osamu asks patting Y/n on the head gently.
“Oh you should probably sit.” Y/n giggles sitting down on the sofa.
“Now I’m scared...”Osamu says swaying from foot to foot.
“Oh my goodness don’t be.” Y/n laughs pating the seats next to them. “Come on.”
“Are you breaking up with us?” Suna spits out.
“Would I be laughing if I was breaking up with you? Come sit down. Now. You’re both ruining things.” Y/n grumbles annoyance growing by the minute.
“Okay. Okay.” Suna says sitting down throwing his arm around Y/n’s shoulder. Osamu doing the same thing on the other side of Y/n.
“Oh good. Now I’m nervous. I have something to tell you two?” Y/n holds Suna and Osamu’s hands as they continue to talk. “ Okay well I’m just going to say it...” They take a deep breath and blurt out. “I love you. Their I said it. I love you guys.” Y/n continues to play with their fingers to nervous to look at them.
“Oh thank god!” Suna breaths. “I love you too.”
“Damn babe you took so long to say it. We’ve been dating for a year you know. I already told ‘taro I loved him and we both said we loved you but we were waiting for you to say it first. But I love you too.” Osamu say s rolling his eyes.
“We love you too.” Suna and Osamu say pulling you into a group hug.
“Oh you promise?” Y/n chuckles as Suna and Osamu look at each other and nods.
“Yes we promise.”
