Into the Mermay!
Ok okay y'all wait a damn minute
So I've heard of the theory that Oswalds dad is Sammy Emily. I don't have the energy to go into to this but I think that that and him being the freddy bully can both be true (I stand for the freddy bully theory)
Anyway, not only would that mean Oswald's full name would be Oswald Emily but wouldn't that also make Charlotte his aunt??
Like imagine Oz seeing Charlotte's ghost and finding out he's got an aunt and his Dad trying to reconnect with his dead sister
I just love the idea that the rest of the bullies (Bonnie bro and Freddy bro) actually grew up and have families, all the while Fazbear's still manages to taunt them XD
Michael is obvious. Chica bro? We still need lore on that one-
But what I really love is how those who did end up having families never talk about their trauma.
Freddy bro literally has his mask in the attic, and never talks about how Jeff's used to be Freddy's. You could argue that he didn't know, but Jeff doesn't really do a good job of rebranding the building. He definitely knows.
Bonnie bro-... While he does talk to his daughter about the old days, he's very vague. Not to mention HW2. The whole point of the game is literally to rediscover and remember our own memories, like for example the Bonnie mask.
Which-
Psychological fun fact! Whenever we witness very traumatic events, sometimes our brains will literally force us to forget it, and push the memory back into the subconscious, as to protect us. I just love the idea that these guys were so traumatized that they literally forgot everything lol- it just creates good storytelling.
What do you think?
Assuming that Oswald's dad is indeed the Freddy bully, it really is interesting to think about where everyone seems to have potentially ended up. And in the book, Oswald's dad definitely knew about Freddy's from what I remember lol
As for what I think, very off topic, but shout out to Ralph/Phone Guy in The Week Before for apparently sorta doing exactly that to get through his night shifts pbsljkdfsd. But yeah, it is a very interesting concept!
... OH MY GOD. I HAD A EUREKA MOMENT ABOUT THE BOOK "THE WEEK BEFORE"
Okay hear me out: there's a part where Ralph is reminiscing about how Foxy was once on the same stage as Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica, but was "banished" to Pirate's Cove. (Ralph even put the out of order sign at Pirate's Cove there himself, though I'm not sure if that's relevant at all.)
Now... you know how Michael Afton is Foxy Bully? What if the book is actually telling us that Michael USED to be friends with the other bullies, but after what happened to his little brother Dave, Michael was banished from the friend group? Like... none of them wanted to speak to Michael ever again, because he killed his brother?
And mind you, these kids couldn't have been more than 12 or 13 at the time, so I can't exactly blame Michael's ex-friends for ditching him.
What do you guys think? Am I reading into it too much? I know Scott loves leaving breadcrumbs in his books...
One more thought: if Freddy, Chica, and Bonnie remained on the same stage... then MAYBE Freddy Bully, Chica Bully, and Bonnie Bully remained friends after ditching Mike. Meaning...
Oswald's dad, Cassie's dad, and some third kid's parent were all friends while they were all still alive.
Cassie's dad appears to be dead, his soul possessing Mask Bot. It's not unreasonable to assume that Oswald's dad is still alive, assuming the ending to the original story is the canon one. However, we don't know how long that will last. And then there's Chica Bully... whom we haven't met yet as of this time. We know nothing about them, but it's safe to assume they might be a parent like their remaining two buddies. But that's still only a guess.
Does Oswald's dad know at least one of his friends is dead??? Does he know Mike is dead???
happy father's day to ralph/phone guy and ozdad specifically
Fnafs pt 1 :]
The idea and concept that we learn what happened to all of the FNaF 4 bullies makes me insane.
They all were part of that traumatic event back in 1983 and probably all of them tried to move on from it. They have families. But somehow they still cling to the Fazbear franchise in some ways.
Bonnie Bully has a daughter. He has a family. And yet he works for Fazbear Entertainment all those years later.
And on top of it his own daughter loves the characters that he grew up with. It must be a constant reminder for him and his own younger days.
Freddy Bully also grew up to have a family. A son and a wife. And despite clearly trying to forget the past and what happened at Fredbear's he still keeps that old relic, the Freddy mask, in his home.
Not to mention that the pizza place he let's his son go to once used to be a Freddy's. Maybe he knew maybe he didn't. But that doesn't change the fact that both him and his son are still involved with Freddy's.
One can only imagine what Chica Bully is doing at the moment. And maybe we will find out eventually.
But could you imagine how they must feel? They are all probably trying to forget that horrible day. They all probably lost contact after they grew older. They might wonder what all of the others are up to.
Do you think they read the news about the murders? About the disappearances? William being a suspect in the murder? Do they know of Elizabeth's disappearance? Do they ever wonder what happened to Mike? Do they know of Fazbear Fright? The fires?
Do you ever wonder what the Bite could have caused to all of them? Tearing them apart and yet they are still bound together by that unfortunate event.
No wonder Oswald's dad looks so familiar
