One time when I was deep in my eating disorder I walked 31k steps in a day without drinking any water… and only having a Diet Coke afterwords then fasting.

I literally couldnt walk the next day and yes possibly because it was double my normal 15k at the time but also because I didn’t nourish my body afterwards.

I just think that’s an insane memory and I done it twice because the next week I done like 28k in 4 hours.

I love over exercising but i get awful blisters all over me feet. This morning i went on a small run (about 4 miles) and my blisters popped like 10 times. It stung bad but i practiced embracing it. My feet were bleeding bad, it stained my socks. I kept running because i couldn’t live with the guilt of giving up. Ouch ouch ouch. Every step felt like i was walking on fire. I washed my feet afterward and a good part of my skin peeled. Water looked like i was washing underwear on my period. My feet were numb lmao.. i want to run tomorrow too but i dont know if my feet’s be able to handle it..
