- Thank you my sweetest. But I’m not much of a storyteller. Not compared to your mother. She was the best storyteller.

- I remember when we were still young... Your sisters and Won, mesmerized and thrilled, those faces, Oyw laughed a little. Those were good times.

- And now they are all grown up and tell stories to their own children.

- Yes they do! Can you imagine... I have 10 children, and 8 grandchildren. Where is this going to end!

- We are quite a bunch, Hdajk laughed. Do you remember a couple of years ago when we had that big feast?

- Oh yes. That was a great day. I’ve had a good life. I’m very grateful. And yet, so many are now gone, your mother, my best friend Pah Nuuh, and Momo Gka, our little ones, Jahe, Aahou, and all the others.

- I know father, I know.

- And soon it will be my time.

- Don’t say that father; we hope to have you here for many years to come.

- Well, I’m old now. My memory is failing me. And I’m always tired. Not even hunting for mammoth tempts me. I’m not useful anymore.

- A man is not only what he hunts, Hdajk said, you are still very important to us.

- That’s a comfort my dear. But it reminds me, I have to settle a couple of things before it’s too late.

Was working on drawing a Ground Type GM that I have (the figure with the damaged shield) before I stopped for today, and felt like sharing what I got done in… like an hour(?) after two previous botched attempts.

Might not continue as it’s been since like February that I last drew a mech- and a very long time since I’ve drawn this one in particular.

And I figured I could just take better shots of it in the best poses (hopefully, the shield’s handle is a bit too small for the GM’s grip so it’s flimsily) and then use that as the base to go over digitally and such ^_^
