Jack had decided to try out the Zumba class, deciding that it wouldn’t hurt to learn new exercises that can be done in his apartment. It just added something else that he could try when he became too restless at night. He hadn’t really expected to sweat as much as he had, but it was still a good learning experience. Plus now he could go get a slushie or something to cool down. Once the class had ended, Jack walked up to the person who was in charge. “Hey! I just wanted to say that this was an awesome class to take, it was super fun” Jack said with a grin, holding up a thumbs up.
Who first brought up having/adopting kids? Probably Quinn. Since she’s so much younger, he wouldn’t want to pressure her into making such a huge decision like that.
Which parent is most overprotective? Probably Quinn. Since Sam’s got Toby already, he would know what to expect and be more chilled out than Quinn would be I would imagine.
Which parent is most supportive? They’re both supportive.
Which parent expects the most from their child? It would depend on what it was relating to. I think things like academics maybe Quinn? Other areas probably Sam. He’d just want to push his children to do their best.
Which parent is more likely to spoil their child? Sam is hopeless with spoiling his kids.
Which parent does the child go to to get their way? Probably Sam. He caves easier. Quinn can be more strict and less gullible to the good old puppy dog eyes.
Which parent is the best at singing lullabies? Both are pretty talented. Quinn would do it more often I think.
Which parent finds it harder to let go? Both.
The kid -
What the kids name is and the meaning behind it: This would be something they would argue over for ageeees. Sam would want something based off of something he’s interested. Like a superhero or a role model. Quinn would probably want a nicer, less common name. Something pretty but not too unusual.
What traits the kid has that doesn’t reflect their parents: Quinn and Sam are pretty different, so I can’t really think of any trait their child might have that neither of them have in some way.
What the kids favorite clothing style is: Whatever they felt was comfortable. Toby is more casual. Jeans and a shirt is good enough for him. If they had another, maybe a girl she would probably be into wearing cute dresses. Maybe skirts with a nice top.
What their favorite cartoon is: It would be something Sam couldn’t stand. Probably a show that he used to watch that’s been re-animated or something and he would HATE it.
What skills their parents try to pass down to them: Sam would try to teach the little one guitar for sure. I could see Quinn trying to get their child into reading or something like that.
What their future might be: This one ind of confuses me, so I am not really sure.
The family -
Who the child’s godparents are: Puck would be the godfather. He’s Sam’s best friend, and the only person to stick with Sam through all the mess (besides Quinn, obviously) and is already the godfather to Toby. And probably Santana as Sam and Quinn’s baby’s godmother.
Do their parents plan on giving them any siblings? Sam is always one for a big family, so of course.
What is the child’s first pet? A puppy I would think. Probably a little French Bulldog. It’s bulky enough to be a “real dog” to Sam, and small enough to be indoors and cute enough for Quinn to not totally hate having around.
How do they get along with any extended family members? It’s strained, sadly. Things would probably get better as the children grew older.
Werewolf Fabrevans:
The parents -
Who first brought up having/adopting kids? Sam. He’s extremely family orientated and would be the one to initially want children.
Which parent is most overprotective? Probably Quinn. It’s in her nature to want to protect people, so with her child would be 100x worse.
Which parent is most supportive? Probably Sam.
Which parent expects the most from their child? Probably neither? They aren’t the type to overly push.
Which parent is more likely to spoil their child? Always Sam.
Which parent does the child go to to get their way? Sam. Quinn is pretty strict.
Which parent is the best at singing lullabies? Sam. He likes having that 1x1 time with his child.
Which parent finds it harder to let go? The both of them.
The kid -
What the kids name is and the meaning behind it: Probably after a member of the pack that has passed away or something like that. Something meaningful.
What traits the kid has that doesn’t reflect their parents: Maybe the baby not being a werewolf? I mean Sam was only bitten, so like it possible that the baby be human?
What the kids favorite clothing style is: If they had a girl I again see them taking after Quinn with the femanine look, a boy would probably dress similar to Sam.
What their favorite cartoon is: Sam would get them into Star Wars: The Clone Wars cartoon or something like that. Something lame.
What skills their parents try to pass down to them: If it’s a werewolf baby I am sure they’d try to make sure they have the right morals to go along with it. No killing innocent people, all those sorts of things. The athleticism definitely.
What their future might be: It would be chaotic sometimes with all the threats, but they would be happy overall. Not really sure what sort of profession or anything though.
The family -
Who the child’s godparents are: Pack members. I’m not sure specifically which ones, but definitely members of the pack.
Do their parents plan on giving them any siblings? Of course. Big family.
What is the child’s first pet? I’m not sure if they’d have any.
How do they get along with any extended family members? So-so. Extended family like the pack they obviously get along with like their own family. Anyone else not directly related get put under a LOT of scrutiny before being let close though.
S3 Fabrevans:
The parents -
Who first brought up having/adopting kids? Sam probably waited on Quinn to decide for that. He wouldn’t want to push her after everything with Beth. He knows it’s still a sore spot for her.
Which parent is most overprotective? Probably Quinn.
Which parent is most supportive? Both are. Quinn knows what it’s like to have unsupportive parents, she doesn’t want that for her children.
Which parent expects the most from their child? Neither really expect anything above the norm for their kids.
Which parent is more likely to spoil their child? Probably Sam. He’s a sucker for the puppy dog eyes. Probably because they remind him of Quinn.
Which parent does the child go to to get their way? Sam. Always Sam.
Which parent is the best at singing lullabies? They’re both good, since Glee club and all.
Which parent finds it harder to let go? Again both. They’re lowkey clingy parents.
The kid -
What the kids name is and the meaning behind it: Sam’s always for the dorky based names like Luke, Jake, Parker but Quinn isn’t always a fan. She’s into something a little more classy, but pretty sounding. Maybe something from a book if Sam really taps into her inner dork.
What traits the kid has that doesn’t reflect their parents: I honestly have no idea.
What the kids favorite clothing style is: Whatever’s comfortable for them at the time.
What their favorite cartoon is:
What skills their parents try to pass down to them: Quinn would probably have them cheerleading. Sam would try and teach them how to play football and how to play guitar.
What their future might be: I again, have no idea.
The family -
Who the child’s godparents are: That is a good question. Is it allowed for them to have more than one? They’d probably just pick like, Sam’s siblings or something.
Do their parents plan on giving them any siblings? Sam has always wanted a fairly big siblings. Given the fact that Quinn’s had a baby already though, maybe only one or two siblings.
What is the child’s first pet? Probably a goldfish or something like that. Sam would be just as useless at helping care for it, so they’d have to have something like a fish. Maybe a turtle that they’d name after a Ninja Turtle.
How do they get along with any extended family members? Well? Probably.
The Baby Whisperer Fabrevans:
The parents -
Who first brought up having/adopting kids? Sam probably tried to hint at it, but Quinn would have been the one to straight up mention having a baby. Sam would want Hailey to have siblings, but wouldn’t want Quinn to feel like they had to have children if she wasn’t ready.
Which parent is most overprotective? Sam. I see them having a girl, so no one would be allowed to hurt his girls.
Which parent is most supportive? They both are. Always.
Which parent expects the most from their child? Neither really?
Which parent is more likely to spoil their child? Probably both of them in this one. Quinn would probably spoil Hailey more so, just so she knows that she loves her just as much as hers and Sam’s one.
Which parent does the child go to to get their way? Hailey will go to Quinn, the second child probably Sam.
Which parent is the best at singing lullabies? Sam’s had more practice.
Which parent finds it harder to let go? Sam. He can’t let his little girls go. Just nope.
The kid -
What the kids name is and the meaning behind it: They already have Hailey. Well, technically Sam, but Quinn does a damn good job at filling in where her mother left her. Maybe something like Charlotte? I think they would be able to agree on a name like that. Sam would shorten it to Charlie or Lottie.
What traits the kid has that doesn’t reflect their parents: She’s probably pretty laid back, doesn’t really have a lot of friends. Sam and Quinn were pretty popular. At least, Sam was until he got someone pregnant and had to take on a child.
What the kids favorite clothing style is: Probably just jeans and and a comfortable shirt. Probably nothing overly stylish.
What their favorite cartoon is: I can’t imagine them watching a whole lot of tv. I don’t know why.
What skills their parents try to pass down to them: I think she would pick up Quinn’s book smarts.
What their future might be: Something like journalism maybe? I see her being really heavy into books. Hailey’s probably more sporty.
The family -
Who the child’s godparents are: Sam’s brother and sister are the godparents for Hailey. So probably the same people for the second.
Do their parents plan on giving them any siblings? I am thinking it would be a fairly small family for this verse as opposed to the other ones.
What is the child’s first pet? A turtle probably. Since they live in New York it would have to be something they could have indoors without a worry.
How do they get along with any extended family members? Not too well. They don’t really have any communication with Sam’s side of the family at least, aside from his siblings.
Tavans:
The parents -
Who first brought up having/adopting kids? Probably Sam. I can’t imagine Malia really being all that into the children topic.
Which parent is most overprotective? Malia. It’s them werecoyote instincts.
Which parent is most supportive? Both. They know what it’s like to want support and not really have it.
Which parent expects the most from their child? Probably Malia. She would expect them to be able to hold their own if need be I think. But that’s about all.
Which parent is more likely to spoil their child? Sam. He’s a softy for his children.
Which parent does the child go to to get their way? Sam. Malia can be strict I imagine.
Which parent is the best at singing lullabies? Sam.
Which parent finds it harder to let go? Probably Sam. Malia’s too logical about things really.
The kid -
What the kids name is and the meaning behind it: I am not sure what they would name a child to be honest.
What traits the kid has that doesn’t reflect their parents: Book smart. I can see their kid being excellent at math. Something Sam and Malia are both awful at.
What the kids favorite clothing style is: Probably a mix of both Sam and Malia. Comfortable but practical.
What their favorite cartoon is: Sam would make them watch oldschool cartoons, not the new stuff on tv these days.
What skills their parents try to pass down to them: I can see them being super athletic. Probably because their mother would be a werecoyote and their father is just super sporty.
What their future might be: No clue?
The family -
Who the child’s godparents are: Maybe like Scott and probably like, Quinn or someone like that that Sam trusts a lot.
Do their parents plan on giving them any siblings? I can see them having a small family. Maybe one other child, but nothing a super big family.
What is the child’s first pet? Uncle Scott doesn’t count? Probably a puppy.
How do they get along with any extended family members? The pack are like their family and the kids would absolutely adore them.
Hartson:
The parents -
Who first brought up having/adopting kids? Alexander wouldn’t be one to bring up children, so it would have to be Finley.
Which parent is most overprotective? When they do have kids? Probably Alex.
Which parent is most supportive? Probably Alex.
Which parent expects the most from their child? Again, Alex. He’d just want them to do their best.
Which parent is more likely to spoil their child? Finley.
Which parent does the child go to to get their way? Finley.
Which parent is the best at singing lullabies? Um... I’m not sure. Maybe Finley?
Which parent finds it harder to let go? Probably Finley. Alex would be more rational about things.
The kid -
What the kids name is and the meaning behind it: Excellent question. I am not sure. It’s likely they’d have twins, since Finley is one herself, so probably names that go together fairly well?
What traits the kid has that doesn’t reflect their parents: I feel like Finley and Alexander are both kind of really good with school, so maybe not so much with their kid/s?
What the kids favorite clothing style is: I can see it being total opposite to their parents.
What their favorite cartoon is: Um, I’m not all too sure.
What skills their parents try to pass down to them: Alexander would try and teach them artsy stuff.
What their future might be: Something artistic like it’s dad? Idk photographer or something like that.
The family -
Who the child’s godparents are: Probably Ainsley and a close family friend.
Do their parents plan on giving them any siblings? I would say so, yeah. They might be born with one tbh.
What is the child’s first pet? I don’t know that they’d have any pets.
How do they get along with any extended family members? Pretty well I would think. Not like, super super close, but they wouldn’t have bad relationships with them.
The boy woke up by the buzzing feeling of his phone right next to him, a groan leaving his mouth as he turned around a little. "Gotta be kiddin' me," Nathan muttered, nuzzling into the girl's neck who laid right next to him, his lips wandering over the skin. Nate's eyes still closed as he turned his phone off and threw it somewhere in the room, hearing it smack on the ground but couldn't care less about it -- just hoped that the screen wouldn't crack, didn't want to buy his third phone this year. He didn't even remember why the hell he decided to set an alarm, why he wanted to wake up before Summer in first place until the date of today started to come up in his mind. It was Christmas. December the 25th, the day that Summer had been waiting for what like seemed forever, had forced him into decorating the massive staircase, put up a tree in the library and even the living room -- he could still see the surprised face of mrs. Finnley in his mind when she noticed that they were putting up the Christmas lights, had seen the little twinkle in her eyes and the slight smile that played on her lips, how she seemed to be relieved. First Nate didn't really understand why she had that smile, maybe thought that she was just happy she didn't have to do it herself, but then he realized that they never really had Christmas decorations up and it was all thanks to Summer -- thinking that this was the reason for the smile on the woman's face.
"You gotta wake up, Sunshine," Nate whispered in the brunette her ear - his voice husky, an arm around her waist as he pulled her in a little closer, kissing her temple. As Nate said the words, his eyes were still closed, having a hard time himself to wake up, no idea what time it actually was, but guessed that it was just a little before eight. "No actually, you gotta wake me up." The boy yawned and rubbed in his eyes, pulling the blanket a little up, would prefer it to just lay in bed the whole day and do nothing, but knew that there were things on the schedule, things that Summer wanted to do and although Nate didn't really have a clue what any of those were, he would follow her without even hesitating, follow her lead, knowing it'd be better than those fancy dinners without doubting. As the boy tried to wake up by himself, he slightly opened his eyes, squeezing them a little together, let his hand go through his hair and bit his lip, taking a look around the messy room, clothing thrown in the corner, drawings crumpled into balls on the floor and open school books lying everywhere, you could hardly still see the carpet because of it. Taking a peak out of the window, Nathan noticed a slight change in the weather, making him smirk; White flakes slowly falling down on the yet unseen ground. "It's snowing," The boy concluded as he watched the sight, "looks like we're having a white December after all." Nate continued talking, playing with the girl's hair as he said the words and turned his head to the side. "Merry Christmas, Sunshine."
Blake just got back to LA and he was very happy to talk to Summer again. She wanted to throw a party and he agreed , because he felt like he should really do something. He didn't wanted her to work so much for that so he wanted to help her to plan the party. After they agreed to meet up at her place , he took a fast shower and changed his clothes before getting out of his apartment. He took his car and started to drive towards Summer's place. when he got there , he parked his car and walked slowly to her door. He knoked three times and waited for her to open the door.
